Quality Count$ is a statewide campaign to improve milk quality in Minnesota. It is perhaps more important for dairies to lower SCC and improve milk quality today than when the original Quality Count$ program began in 2003. When quality milk is produced, everyone wins—the cow, the producer, the processor, and the consumer.
